Wakefield–241 Street is an elevated station on the IRT White Plains Road Line of the New York City Subway. Located at the intersection of 241st Street and White Plains Road in the Wakefield neighborhood of the Bronx, it is served by the 2 train at all times.
The station, which is recently renovated, is the northernmost stop on the White Plains Road Line, as well as in the entire subway system. The exit is at the north end, and leads to the intersection of East 241st Street and White Plains Road. The Harlem Line of the Metro-North Railroad is nearby at the Wakefield station.
