Wake Up Boo!

"Wake Up Boo!" is a song by the Boo Radleys that was released as a single in 1995 from the band's album Wake Up!. The band had been underground for many years before this single thrust them into the limelight for the first (and only) time.

The band were accused of "selling out" by critics and some of their earlier fans and by hopping on the "Britpop" bandwagon. The song, backed by a bouncy and happy melody, reached #9 in the UK and was the only time the band would reach the Top 10. It remains their only hit single.
