Wainuia fallai is a species of air-breathing predatory land snail, a terrestrial pulmonate gastropod mollusc in the family Rhytididae.

This land snail is endemic to the South Island of New Zealand. It is found on the seaward Kaikoura Range, Mount Ross, Mount Fyfe, and Monkeyface, at the north of the South Island.

The shell of this species is about the same size as that of Wainuia urnula, but of more circular outline, the almost smooth surface bearing only very indistinct spiral striations.

The width of the greatest diameter is up to about 25 mm, and height up to 17 mm.
