Waidmannsfeld is a town in the Wiener Neustadt-Land district, Lower Austria, Austria, it is one of the westernmost settlements in Austria. 77.9 % of the municipality are forested, the rest of the land are made up of valleys or barren land. Waidmannsfeld has a school located on Schulstraße, and a small square (platz).

In Roman times, the area used to be part of Pannonia. It lies in the Lower Austrian heartland divided the place in the history of Austria.
There are 51 companies, of which 34 are agriculturally or forestry related. 790 persons are employed. The activity rate was 45.04% in 2001.
