Waialua High and Intermediate is a public intermediate and high school for grades 7-12 on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii.

- 1914 Became a single-roomed school called Mokuleia School.
- 1927 Andrew E. Cox donated 15 acre tracts of land for the school's campus. Renamed Andrew E. Cox Junior High School
- 1937 School enlarged to include a senior high school. Renamed Waialua High and Intermediate School.
