Wahoo's Fish Taco is a restaurant chain with a Mexican-Brazilian-Asian menu and Hawaiian North Shore vibe founded in Costa Mesa, California in 1988 by brothers Eduardo Lee, Mingo Lee and Wing Lam.[1] Categorized as a "fast-casual" restaurant[2], the quality and preparation time of its food is between that of a fast-food restaurant and a more formal restaurant. Wahoo's expanded to Laguna Beach and Huntington Beach, and now has locations in California, Colorado, Hawaii, and Texas. The corporate headquarters are in Santa Ana, California.
Travis Barker of the bands Blink-182 and +44 owns a location in Norco, California.[3]
