Wafa is the news agency of the Palestinian National Authority. Daily news from Palestinian territories, Israel and the Middle East is available in English, Arabic and Hebrew is available from Wafa, making it a major source of information over current events for those regions.

The translation of the word wafa in Arabic means "faithfulness" and is an abstract noun that is very common Arabic female name. In Urdu, wafa means "loyalty," and is used as a synonym for love in romantic poetry.

WaFa is also the name of an FPS Gaming Clan, playing steam based games. Formed December 1998 wafa has Participated in Half-Life Deathmatch and TFC tournaments. And today is one of the longest running Half-life based gaming clans. In December of 08 wafa will celebrate ten years of domination.
