Talk page
Dear Wafulz,
It seems you have deleted a talk page. Could I know why?
Just curious.
Regards, Kushal --KushalClick me! write to me 05:26, 10 October 2007 (UTC)
I did not see the reason for deleting the page. Sorry for the inconvenience. --KushalClick me! write to me 05:29, 10 October 2007 (UTC)
Hmm, maybe you're right - didn't consider that. Katrotat 03:20, 14 October 2007 (UTC)
Reinsate Please.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geezer_gamers
We are a community of video gamers over the age of 30. We have approxiametly 5000 active members that are fractured into sevaral competative sub groups. Our wikipedia was intended to discuss who we are and why we exist as well as eventually provide a place of reference for our rules and and competition structures etc.
You can view our site www.geezergamers.com to find out more.
Kind regards,

- Hi Mr. McIvor. The deletion I made was procedural (it met this criteria). A user suggested that the article did not assert meeting web content inclusion guidelines, and after examining it, I went through with the deletion. In order to have a Wikipedia article, a subject must have multiple, non-trivial independent reliable sources to ensure verifiability and neutrality. These types of sources include:
- Reviews of the website
- Print media about the website (excluding press releases, or self-published material)
- Media coverage of the website
- Some sources are generally considered unreliable:
- Most weblogs
- Personal websites
- Primary material (such as personal testimonial, or using the subject as a source on itself)
- Wikipedia articles are meant to provide information discussing a subject's research and coverage, historical context, and notability. Judging from your comment, you may find Wikipedia's guidelines and policies on the inclusion of material too strict- I would recommend checking out Wikia and setting up your own Wiki, or a page within a Wiki dedicated to online gaming or something similar.-Wafulz 22:07, 14 October 2007 (UTC)

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mario_Lemieux
I am fairly new to wikipedia, i know how to edit a page, however I don't know hot to site my sources, so I will do it here, and hopefully if your not too busy, you can make the changes in wikipedia., please stop erasing everything I write.
Espy Awards, http://nemesisfl.tripod.com/id2.html Dapper Dan Awards, http://lpj.free.fr/marioa.htm (the only website I can find, however you can do the research yourself if you'd like.)
ESPN hockey player of the decade, http://redwings.nhl.com/team/app?page=PlayerDetail&playerId=8447687&service=page&tab=bio (scroll down to 99-00) and also: http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_pwwi/is_200002/ai_mark11004013
if lemieux had played a 100% healthy career, if you take time and do the math, its 1686 games. (94-95 - 46games) 3years he retired, minus 2004-2005 season.

207.230.222.114 continues vandalism
It appears that your May 2007 block of 207.230.222.114 needs to be renewed. Vandalism is occuring again. Wdfarmer 09:44, 23 October 2007 (UTC)
- It's a shared IP and the user stopped yesterday- no need to block unless they start up again.-Wafulz 13:16, 23 October 2007 (UTC)
Thanks
Thanks for reverting vandalism to my user page. --Nehwyn 17:40, 24 October 2007 (UTC)
Fraser article
Why do you keep erasing the controversies section? The incidents can easily be documented with links to tsn.ca, in fact, before you decided to censor it, I was about to. Both of my additions were factual. The guy has caused more controversies than any other referee.—Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.228.245.172 (talk • contribs)
- Per site policy, information about living people needs to be well sourced and written carefully. Unsourced (or poorly sourced) contentious material should be removed on sight. Also, the first paragraph was pretty much redundant with information throughout the article.
- From a stylistic and objective perspective, it's better not to dedicate a section to "controversies" when they're not necessary- in this case, it's better to add a paragraph to his early career.-Wafulz 01:07, 26 October 2007 (UTC)
It's been throughout his career... And there have been so many incidents that I think it warrants its own section. Can't people add sources later? It's not like there's any shortage of sources documenting his controversial decisions. Amnd you don't seem qute neutral either, as shown by this edit summary of yours, taking out the reference to Fraser's call that cost Toronto the playoffs last year: (Not a famous call- bit of Leafs vanity)
- Wikipedia:Biographies of living people is one of our strictest policies. There's no way around it- either provide sources or don't write.-Wafulz 01:18, 26 October 2007 (UTC)
All right, I see your point. So if I come back tomorrow and update the section with sources for my statements, you'll leave the article alone? The idea of this thing is to have a factual representation of Fraser, is it not? It's a fact that he's controversial, whether you like him or not. I was also under the impression that sources could be added after the fact, but you came and deleted it before anyone had a chance to provide a source for statements that we both know were accurate.
Ah, and here are my sources... http://www2.sportsnet.ca/blogs/jim_lang/2007/02/16/the_kings_man/ http://slam.canoe.ca/Slam/Columnists/Zeisberger/2007/04/07/3944053-sun.html
Et cetera, there are sources everywhere you go for that one.
Calgary incident(s):
http://slam.canoe.ca/Slam040601/nhl_caltb3-sun.html
And another Toronto/Pittsburgh incident I was going to add, where both teams had reason to be angry with Fraser:
http://www.canoe.ca/HockeyNHLPlayoffsGames/may11_tor_pit.html
- You've also got to keep in mind that articles need to be balanced. This guy has been a referee for almost 35 years, and fans tend to remember bad calls more than anything else. Articles about living people need to be written with this sort of caution in mind.-Wafulz 13:48, 26 October 2007 (UTC)
Delete items? Or removing articles or something?
As far as I know, I have not deleted any material. If I find something questionable or relevant I would prefer to bring it up on the discussion page.
Except the 1812 Overture article. I added the part where the Mythbusters tried the myth about the trombonist with the firecrackers. If anyone wants to clean that up, that'll be fine, I sort of hope they do.
But I digress. I hate to annoy or disappoint: of my knowledge I have not tampered or even read of the article about Catherine Austin Fitts. In fact I just c/p'ed that name from my message into it. I don't want conflict, but I do hope you find the one responsible because I disdain miscreants, also.
I hope you don't take this the wrong way, and am sorry if I disturbed you..
EDIT: Oh, to sign.. I don't know how to sign something.. Hopefully you'll see my IP or something but what was on my message was 4.153.8.253 if that helps, I'm not sure.. Bye.
