[edit] Various comments
The Cowboys haven't made any announcements and you are already saying he is the head coach? Im sitting in Dallas listening to the Cowboys radio station @ 3:43pm, and the press conference isnt until 5:00pm.
There has got to be some kind of error in this page.
It says he was the Denver coach for only one year in both the article and the list of coaching tenures on the right. However it also lists his record as the Denver coach as 16-16 and in the table of records I have seen on ESPN for each year as head coach it shows 2 years as coach of Denver. I do not know which entries are correct I just noticed the errors.

- In Coaching Career section shouldn't "team coached by his father" be "Houston Oilers"?67.97.153.253 09:09, 3 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] New analysis sections
I'm sorry, but the new sections being added analying the coach and his releationships to players or other coaches are simply not appropriate for a bio article. That is not wat we do here, even assuming that every line is sourced properly - which it wasn't. That kind of info belongs on the blogs or sprots programs it is taken from in the first place. Thanks. - BillCJ (talk) 20:50, 3 January 2008 (UTC)
