Wacław Martyniuk (born November 10, 1949 in Bytom) is a Polish politician. He was elected to Sejm on September 25, 2005, receiving 11,339 votes in the 29th Gliwice district, running on the Sojusz Lewicy Demokratycznej list.
He was also a member of Sejm 1991-1993, Sejm 1993-1997, Sejm 1997-2001, and Sejm 2001-2005.
