A Brief History of Racist Ice Cream is the second EP release by multinational jazz-noise conglomerate Desert Island Dicks. It was released in 2008 by British independent label Amoebic Productions.

The record is themed around the small number of ice cream products that have caused controversy over allegedly racist themes or imagery in their packaging or marketing. It features tracks named for Dairy Queen's MooLatte and the Swedish company GB Glace's notorious Nogger Black and 88'an.

The title alludes to Stephen Hawking's popular science best-seller A Brief History of Time.
