W41 would have been the designation of the XW 41 which was the warhead version of the TX/XW-41 weapon which started development in 1955. The only missile for which the W 41 was proposed was the G-38 version of the Navajo, and it was the only missile which might have been able to carry the five ton weapon. The W 41 disappears from the record with the cancellation of the Navajo program in 1957.
