Infobox and some prose and references are in place. -Susanlesch 04:06, 22 January 2007 (UTC). Still need a portrait as good as this one. Tried to contact uploader with no luck to find out where it is published. But some photos are in place courtesy Davis's publisher and a Twin Cities Public Television broadcast.
