W25CS is a low-power religious television station in Hampton, Virginia, broadcasting locally on channel 25. The station is owned by KM Broadcasting of Annandale, Virginia, which should not be confused with KM Communications Inc..
Originally, it was on channel 60 as W60BR but moved to channel 25 on January 28, 2003 and became a Class A licensed station.
The station is a Class-A operation, even though the station's official calls are still translator-style calls.
