Würenlos is a municipality in the district of Baden in the canton of Aargau in Switzerland. It lies north of the river Limmat, next to the canton of Zürich.
The Benedictine women's convent of Fahr in Würenlos was founded in 1130. It is listed as a heritage site of national significance, as is the Emma Kunz painting collection and the Ancient Roman quarry in Würenlos.[1]

On 31 December 2006, the population of Würenlos was 5198. At the last census, 11.8% were foreign, 44.6% Roman Catholic, 36.5% reformist. Another 2.5% followed other religions.
