Vusal Mesiyev born on 24 April 1981 in Tovuz,Azerbaijan. He graduated Computer Enginnering faculty of 9 Eylul Unversity(Izmir/TURKEY).
After graduation he took part as a software&web developer on some projects include ALPI(Azerbaijan Legal Project Implementation) and AVIS(Azerbaijan Ministry of Taxes).

Furthermore,he initiated game development on Azerbaijan ICT sphere.He is also the author of first Azerbaijani electronic tv game programme Oyuncu Aparsin on Space TV and supported development its second edition as Avtos programme.
