Vulca

Vulca was an artist from the Etruscan town of Veii. He is responsible for creating a terracotta statue of Jupiter that was inside the Temple of Jupiter Optimus Maximus on the Capitoline Hill, and possibly the Apollo of Veii and Capitoline Wolf.
