I guess you're right, the intro paragraphs seem neutral now. It definitely needs to be wikified to match our manual of style though (eg. use ==Headings== rather than '''Headings''' and so forth). And, maybe I'm wrong again, but the features section seems a bit long.... it should focus on the features not normally found on other VoIP software, and it probably doesn't need to be spelled out in a bullet-point list like that. --Interiot 14:07, 30 December 2006 (UTC)
