vSpring Capital

vSpring Capital is an early-stage venture capital firm located in Salt Lake City, Utah. The fund currently manages approximately $200M and investing out of its second fund. vSpring generally invests in companies in the Mountain West region which includes the states of Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, and Idaho. However, vSpring has made investments in companies outside of this region--especially in cases where vSpring partners bring significant expertise to the company. vSpring has backed approximately 49 companies, including notable successful companies like Altiris, comScore, Control4, LanDesk, MyFamily.com, and ZARS. Of those 49 companies, 8 have exited or had some liquidity event.
The firm is widely perceived as one of the most active in the Mountain West states of Utah, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico and Idaho.
