Vsetínská hokejová is an ice hockey team in the Czech Extraliga. Their home arena is Zimní Stadion Na Lapači in Vsetín. They won five straight Extraliga championships between 1995 and 1999, and won again in 2001 for six titles in seven years. In the 2005-06 season they won the promotion/relegation series to remain in the Extraliga after finishing 14th but were later relegated due to financial problems.
