Sea Control Squadron Three One (VS-31), known as the "Topcats", was a United States Navy S-3 Viking squadron based at Naval Air Station Jacksonville. The squadron was stood down by its last commanding officer, Commander M. Muzzafar Khan on 27 March 2008 after sixty-two years of service to the Navy.
