Dr. Vrindavan Lal Verma was a prominent Hindi novelist, famous for his novels Jhansi Ki Rani, Mrignayani, Amarbel and Kachnar.He has been singularly responsble for reviving the glory of mediaeval Bundelkhand in the public mind through his well researched historical novels.
