Vrapčište (Macedonian: Врапчиште, Albanian: Vrapçishti) is a municipality in western Republic of Macedonia. Vrapčište is also the name of the village where the municipal seat is found. This municipality is part of Polog statistical region.

The municipality borders Bogovinje municipality in the north, Brvenica municipality in the east, Gostivar municipality in the south, and Serbia (Kosovo) in the west.

According to the last National census from 2002 this municipality has 25,399 inhabitants.
Ethnic groups in the municipality include:
- Albanians = 21,101
- Turks = 3,134
- Macedonians = 1,041
- others = 123
