Description
English: fi:VR Sr1 class electric locomotive #3089 (built by Novotsherkassk in 1981). On 6th March 1998 this locomotive was badly damaged in Jyväskylä. Locomotive derailed at switch, hit a car and eventually crashed into a pillar. Photographed by Jussi-Pekka Halonen at Helsinki railway station during the summer 1997.
Suomi: fi:VR:n Sr1 -sarjan sähköveturi numero 3089 (Novotšerkassk 1981). Veturi vaurioitui pahoin 6.3.1998 Jyväskylässä suistuttuaan vaihteessa ja törmättyään ensin henkilöautoon ja sitten katto edellä siltapilariin. Veturi hylättiin 1.10.1998 ja romutettiin pari vuotta myöhemmin, kun ajatus tämän ja Jokelassa vaurioituneen 3048:n yhdistämisestä havaittiin taloudellisesti kannattamattomaksi.
