Dear [NAME]

I am writing to confirm whether permission is granted to use an image
from your website under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GFDL). A user with the username of Colin99
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Colin99>
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Colin99) has uploaded and inserted it
into Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia at
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Video_2000.

The image in question is: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Vr2020.jpg
(which on your page is http://www.video99.co.uk/beta/vr2020.jpg).

This user claims to have permissions to use this image, but for the page
to remain on our site, we need further evidence that this is the case.

The image will be deleted in seven days time if permission is not
confirmed, though can be undeleted at a later date if you choose to
respond later to state that such use is allowed.

Thank you for your time. I look forward to your response.

Yours faithfully,

Russell Boltz

Thank you, so then you are releasing them under the GFDL?

I've read the GFDL page, become baffled (and I'm a
software developer!) and so will have to just say,
"YES" I agree. If someone else used the images on
another website without my permission I would be
slightly irritated, but would simply take some
different ones if need be.

Regards,

   Colin
