Hi Wikipedia person,

Thank you for your guidance on wikipedia protocols re external links. That notwithstanding can we reinstate this link please?

The link http://servicefab.blogspot.com/2006/08/problem-with-processes.html was included with the authors permission. In fact the author Nigel Green is one of the creators of the VPEC-T framework.

This link, included above, is part the initial thinking that helped form the framework. Further work with his colleague Carl Bate at Capgemini then brought the framework into fruition.
