[edit] MX record: unreliable/broken MTAs?

Hi, according to revision history, at 06:30, 28 September 2006 you wrote Unfortunately, not all versions of all MTA pay attention to lower priority MX records - in other words: if the highest priority MX server fails, the MTA doesn't bother to address the backup server.

I'm removing that, since it suggests a rather common situation, which is not the case. See relevant talk page for more... ale 09:50, 1 December 2007 (UTC)
