[edit] Robert (Bob) Morritt
Non-notable, but also...
I might have spotted the center of a collection of non-notable/vanity pages, but also of something neighbouring link spamming. I discovered Robert (Bob) Morritt entry by navigating through a real maze (go to history page, discover a new IP, go to contributions pages, discover a new non-notable Latvian, iterate...) from pages listed yesterday on VfD like Arnolds Mencis. Clearly the various IP addresses hide the same author (same miscomprehension of wiki formatting language) who is furiously creating pages about obscure Latvians, but also adding a spam link (bringing to a philatelic website) on many important articles (see the one I removed two days ago on Estonia where it had remained unspotted for nearly three weeks at http://en.wikipedia.org/w/wiki.phtml?title=Estonia&diff=6623419&oldid=6623348 ). The name Robert D. Morritt is a constant in these spam links, so I suspect he might be the author of all these pages and additions we have now to chase. --French Tourist 15:27, 18 Oct 2004 (UTC)
