• Actually, I think it cites the UN, but comes from a news agency. Smells like copyvio, if anything, but I'm not an expert on the status. I'm trying to think of somewhere where this relevant info can be merged, rail transport in Africa (following the convention of Rail transport in Australia and similar articles), perhaps?
