  • Comment Borderline. I'm feeling pretty cranky and deletionist these days, for some reason, but I think maybe I'd go so far to say that if this article were well illustrated I'd vote keep. By the way, didn't Kipling write one of his Just So Stories about this? Rats, there's my copy of The Jungle Book but I can never put my hands on the Just So Stories when I need them... Oh well, it's probably quicker to Google for it than to walk upstairs... no wonder I keep gaining weight... yep, How the Alphabet was Made. [[User:Dpbsmith|Dpbsmith (talk)]] 00:16, 26 Oct 2004 (UTC)
  • Weak keep. Needs cleanup. Gwalla | Talk 01:21, 26 Oct 2004 (UTC)
  • Keep: I've been reading such utter junk on VfD lately that it makes me smile and nod appreciatively in the presence of anything that manages to keep the language whole and not offend logic deliberately. Geogre 01:54, 26 Oct 2004 (UTC)
