This image serves the purpose of displaying the logo of the main subject of the article VoteVets.org.
The quality is the same as that portion of the banner on their website from which it was taken.
The image is a logo so there is ". . .obviously no such thing as a "free" version of it."[1]
From [2] The image is up to date, the resolution is the same as the PAC itself uses, the image is near the top of the article next to a neutrally worded paragraph.
