Vortec IRC is an IRC client with multi-server and sound support. Vortec also offers a script engine, based on Delphi with added IRC-specific procedures, functions, and classes. This also allows for GUI scripting to create custom windows and controls for script interaction.
Vortec IRC was developed as a response to a lack of pIRCh updates, providing a complement or newer alternative to pIRCh.
