[edit] History
The company was formed in March 2007 by Sandeep Shekar, Jiovanie Velazquez, and Christopher Stockman. The current focus of this development house is on downloadable games. All three founders have a combined total of over thirty years in the industry, working in notable development houses such as Volition.[1]
The company has not yet announced any exclusivity to any particular platform, although with their first original IP, have stated that they intend to create "console downloadable games for all platforms".[2] While each of the company's founders have had experience with AAA titles such as Saint's Row, they have decided to focus their efforts on building an original, smaller budgeted, IP for the console downloadable genre.[3]
