Vontongchai Intarawat (Thai: วันธงชัย อินทรวัตร) (born December 23, 1987) is a Thai singer-songwriter and the runner-up of the 4th seson of reality talent show True Visions's Academy Fantasia.

Vontongchai Intarawat or Tol was born in Chiang Mai, Thailand. He studied at Yupparaj Wittayalai School, then the Faculty of Law in Payap University in Chiang Mai. He is a junior-year student but dropping it for the reality show Academy Fantasia competition.

Intarawat's father has been a musician and continued to support Intarawat to learn playing many musical instruments. With Intarawat's good sense of music and personal talent, he can altogether play piano, guitar, bass guitar, violin, drum and flute.

Intarawat also used to attend different singing contests including Panasonic Star Challenge and NesCafe' Music Challenge. And he has been well known for the ability to identify the frequency or specific musical tone or absolute pitch.

In 2007, Intarawat released X-treme Army with his 11 AF4 fellows. He sang a solo song, คนที่อยู่ตรงหน้า, a trio song, Time Machine, with Rutchapon Yamsang and Wiwit Bawonkriratikajorn as Rock Army and a group song, Army Energy. In 2008, he released his debut mini album as a solo artist, titled The Destination, on May 8, 2008.
