Please help me to improve the article, may I be informed of the bad link it has with the Center Tagumpay ng Katotohanan, so I could make the necessary improvements.

As a beginner, I really wish to be guided.

Actually, the bad link was in the other article, which has been deleted. I will spend a little time over the next month to try to help out. By the way, if you happen to have a copy of the last version (before deletion) of the Center Tagumpay ng Katotohanan article, let me know. I really appreciate very much your endurance and help,I owe you and God will repay you favors, its your effort that counts, had I known how to use this link before probably the deletion could have been avoided, but nevertheless I still hope and pray for its reconsideration, as what the Holy Spirit said that it happenned for its improvement.

I have the latest copy of the article, know I just sense to secure a copy because I felt something wrong at that time and I did not know how and where to explain when it has been tagged for deletion.

Where will I send the copy and how, please.

Another point I would like to clear is that the article features not only the center but the ACTUAL AND DIRECT WORKS OF THE BLESSED SPIRITS, thus mankind may know that God really fullfills His promises as stated in the Holy Scriptures, its primary verifiable source.

Know, we are writing a great history of tomorrow and we shall all be part of it, a legacy that we will leave to our children.

The Center Tagumpay ng Katotohanan (Triumph of Truth) is a Christian (Union) Spiritists' Center/ Church, located in the town of Baliuag, province of Bulacan, Philippines and is affiliated with the Unión Espiritista Cristiana de Filipinas, Inc.

More than a million individuals (members and non members) have been directly treated, operated and healed by Archangel Raphael, [1] together with Archangel Michael, for free.

[edit] Establishment of the Center The Center of Tagumpay ng Katotohanan ("Center") was established in a manner similar to the establishment of some other spiritist centers that exist today in other parts of the Philippines. The officers and members of the Unión Espiritista Cristiana de Filipinas, Inc.[[1]]("Union"), including Sis. Juana Lopez, Sis. Trinidad and Sis. Guadalupe Estrada who were also medium from Centro El Maestro del Senior, Bro. Atty. Juan Ortega, who was then the President of the “Union,” Bro. Atty. Tiburcio Ramirez, Bro. Pedro Paguio, Bro. Dr. Dominador Viola, Bro. Guillermo Tolentino and others began holding sessions in the residence of Sis. Filomena Romulo. After several months, the attending members of the congregation agreed that regular weekly sessions be held and the site of the meetings be transferred to the residence of Bro. Juan Marquez since he was the one responsible for introducing the faith Spiritism in Baliwag, Bulacan. After the move, the congregation, by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, was formally organized as The Center Tagumpay ng Katotohanan (Triumph of Truth). Bro. Juan Marquez was elected the first Local President of the Center, others were elected as local officials and the Center had fifteen regular members.

During this period, as regular members were attending sessions every Sunday, some of the members of the Center were encouraged and trained as mediums by Sis. Juana Lopez and Sis. Trinidad Estrada, who actively participated in the sessions. Those who undertook the training and became mediums of the Center were Bros. Jose R. Jose, Irineo S. Romulo and Sis. Romana Llanos.

In 1925, with the encouragement and support from the officers of the “Union,” the officials and members attending the séances in the residence of Bro. Juan Marquez agreed to build the Center at the back of the residential lot of Bro. J. Marquez. The Center was formally inaugurated in 1927 with the same name that is currently used by the session.

Sometime in 1944, after the death of Bro. J. Marquez and his wife, Jose L. Romulo’s widow, Sis. Filomena Romulo, proposed to transfer the Center to their residential lot.


[edit] Old Practice of mediumship at the Center The procedure and practice of mediumship in the session in the Center was the same as that of being observed in other spiritist centers. The mediums were not totally unconscious when ministering. The Spirit communicant utilized their faculty of speech to deliver God’s messages. This was the practice of mediumship observed in the center for a number of years.


[edit] The New Developments in the Center Between 1945 and the present, the following new developments [[2]] occurred at the Center and its sub-affiliate centers:

  • Direct revelation [2] through direct and total possession and control of the mind and body of the communicating medium by the Holy Spirit while verbalizing messages, a unique and different process from the customary practice, wherein the communicating medium also prepares with a cleansed and concentrated mind (like in a self-hypnotic state), as a result, the communicating spirit uses the mind through a cord of light rays to convey messages, whereas, in the Mediums Book of Allan Kardec, “The medium’s spirit acts as the interpreter of the communicating spirit, because he is linked with the body, which, in such cases, plays the part of the speaker.”, in which the communicating spirit depend upon the spirit of the medium to communicate in its behalf.
  • Direct operation and treatment of the sick by Archangel Raphael and Archangel Michael witnessed by a medium who, afterwards receive direct instructions for material medication, if there is a need, (like the use of light medicinal prescription, and always with the consecrated water, the proper diet and caring of the patient).
  • Opening of the faculties of deserving believers through the study of “Pangitain” (i.e. exploring own spirit’ s faculties and re-strengthen the physical senses and be able to distinguish the various levels and dissimilarity of spirits with open eyes; and be able to communicate directly with the assigned guardian angel/ spirit protector).
  • Direct assurance of protection from ill-behaved spirits in the spirit world by Archangel Michael or by assigned spirit protector and assistance in crossing over the God- positioned barrier into the Kingdom of Heavens to deserving and faithful believers.

[edit] Events that led to the New Developments The emergence of True or Christian Spiritism [[3]] is classified in three phases:


  • First, the appearance of various phenomena in America since 1848.
  • Second, the development of the science and moral philosophy derived from the wise based phenomena in Europe and America.
  • Third, the founding of schools of moral which arose from the knowledge of the Holy Spirit. This came from true spiritism in formal mediums, followed by the emergence of conferences and evangelical sessions.

There are three contemporary events led to Filipino Christian Spiritism:


  • 1) The Spiritualism Movement that began with the Fox sisters in 1848 in upstate New York,
  • 2) The codification of Spiritist Doctrine by Allan Kardec,
  • 3) The formal commencement of worship in *“Spirit and in Truth” based on the direct revelations of the Holy Spirit

Spiritualistic phenomena like knocking sounds, levitation of tables and other objects in mid- air, the appearance of hands writing from nowhere, and other related phenomena, were claimed to be the first occurrences of modern Spiritism and believed as caused by elemental and raw spirits.

It was believed that the events were intended by God to be the beginning, or introduction, of big things that has in store in the end, which is the direct revelation or appearance of the Holy Spirit.

Classified as “True or Christian Spiritist” [[4]], one of the four types of spiritists and was described as, “Those who are not content with admiring the morality of spiritist doctrine, but who accept it practically, with all its consequences.”

Because of the said admiration, the Filipinos, who had been in an unfolding relationship with the “Holy Spirit”, since the 16th century, when Magellan first landed in Cebu, were supplemented with the understanding on the existence of the spiritual realm and were further enlightened through the eloquent articulation of Kardec’ s codification of the Spiritist Doctrine.


[edit] Resumption of direct revelation [3] of the Holy Spirit In the later part of 1945, by the benevolence and grace of God, an unexpected member and medium of the "Union" from Malabon, Rizal visited the Center and, introduced as such, he was requested to perform his mediumship. Before the Spirit communicant started to deliver the message, the Spirit communicant first introduced himself as Archangel Michael and said that he was sent by God to the congregation to deliver a message and to offer to whoever will have the interest, faith and determination to further strengthen their belief and trust in the wisdom of spiritism as the true and reliable way of worshipping God.

The message was that God was offering the members and mediums of the Center another method of mediumship, which is “direct mediumship”, to be able to receive direct revelation from the Holy Spirit. In this manner, the medium will be totally and completely unconscious while he or she is being utilized by the Holy ministering Spirit communicant.


[edit] Beliefs of the Members In today’s direct revelation, God manifests through the Holy Spirit/ Lord Jesus Christ, His Archangels, Prophets and Apostles, who directly talk and communicate with the chosen few individuals (mostly to mediums) on a one-on-one basis, known as personal-direct revelation or to anybody to whom they please to talk, that is without a medium and in public inside the Center, but already through a medium of Center. This is one of the major and important developments in the Center. The members of the Center, learned through direct revelation, that as soon as the soul leaves the corporeal body, the spirit will be aware on the third day that he’s no longer in flesh and will be in a limbo status, confused and without where to go for thirty nine (39) days, and on the 40th day, that spirit shall then face his judgment and shall be destined to a place in the spirit world and/ or just within the Earth's atmosphere to suffer (as if the spirit is being baked in an oven) as a consequence of wrongdoings, the degree of which corresponds to what he did (acts) and performed while in the material body. Members of the Center also believe that the true and faithful believers and workers of God/Spirit, in thoughts and in acts, shall received an assurance that right after the soul leaves the body, Archangel Michael or the assigned spirit protector will immediately lift up the discarnate spirit to protect against impure spirits and will help out in crossing over its God- positioned encircling barrier up to the destined location in the Kingdom of God depending on the level and degree of good works, knowledge and wisdom attained in physical life. The members also claimed that they are required by the Ministering Spirits to undergo the study of “Pangitain”, which includes mind cleansing, meditation and concentration, so the spirit’s faculties could be opened by the Holy Spirits, particularly by Grand Aaron and Archangel Michael, and re-strengthen the individual's physical senses.


[edit] Spiritual Benefits Direct revelation is claimed to be real and believed to be the principal source of the highest and truthful learning, wisdom, strength, hope and guidance and being relied upon by believers in the Center for their daily survival and enjoument of a balanced life.

It is their belief that, by mere, but heartfelt observance/submission to the revelations and teachings by way of acts and thoughts, it:

  • 1. will give surety for the accomplishment of the soul/spirit’s promised mission on Earth;
  • 2. will save the soul/spirit from suffering in the spirit world; and
  • 3. will enhance progress and purity in its return to the Kingdom of God.

Due to these progressive studies in Christian (Union) Spiritism, God in His merciful way, has assigned the Center as the Temple where He shall directly make revelations and communicate with the believers. who were also instructed to establish a charity house where ailing members and for anyone with faith and belief are directly treated by Archangels Raphael and Michael for free.


[edit] The Practice of Direct mediumship Members believe that whoever undertakes the study, if not directly chosen shall first be confirmed by the Spirit and will be taught, trained and guided by Holy ministering Spirits through a medium who will be in trance. It was likewise explained that in “Direct mediumship,” the participant will undertake the study called “pangitain” (vision development), where one will be taught and trained how to see, discern, speak with, hear, feel and smell the presence of the Holy/ ministering Spirits, who appear the same of their appearance while living in flesh [4] particularly the Prophet, the Apostles and other ministering Spirits and be able to uncover the inherent spiritual faculties to restrengthen the physical faculties and other human senses.

During the training period, the trainee medium, on order of Archangel Michael, is allowed to sit for the start of trying to receive the energy/power of the communicating Spirit, of which will really take for some time before a candidate could utter a single word within the allotted time of 15 minutes only, for the beginner.

Afterwhich, their faculty(ies)including how to distinguish/ discern [5] spirits shall be opened by the holy Spirit, there are those that are already open to see spirits since birth, but still need the guidance of the Holy Spirit in order not to be deceived by impure spirits.

Once allowed to perform in the actual spiritual session, they are required by archangel Michael to observe the 24-hour preparation before the day of the service, that is:

  • 1. to take full rest and not perform heavy works;
  • 2. to take light foods less meat;
  • 3. no intimate contact with husband/ wife;
  • 4. to isolate oneself from any negative discussions nor entertain material problems;
  • 5. to be in the Center at least 30 minutes (for meditation purposes), before the start of the session and wearing white dress
  • 6. while at seat, the "direct medium", after discerning and one on one discourse with the Spirit communicant, the medium shall ask the Spirit to pronounce in three (3) times the words, "In the name of the Father, of the Son and of the Holy Spirit," to assure the genuineness of the Blessed Spirit, afterwhich the medium shall then surrender the whole being under the power of the Holy Spirit and the revelations start.

The practice in “Tagumpay” is that before any Holy/ ministering Spirit communicant delivers God’s messages, some students, particularly those with vision, are asked to describe the image [6] of the communicating Spirit, identity and other distuinguishing symbols. The objective of this practice is to ensure the authenticity of the communicating Blessed Spirit and prepare the believers wherein ministering Blessed Spirit- communicant shall no longer use mediums instead (of which is already happening in the Center), the messages will be directly communicated by the Holy Spirit to the believers (also known as personal revelation).

Presently, before any medium can perform the noble task in the Center, he or she must have undergone the study of “Pangitain” (vision development) and have already acquired a thorough knowledge of the different criteria of the senses or have had opened faculties. After number of years of training in the “Pangitain,” several of those desirous to be direct medium were able to cope with the training imposed by Archangel Michael and grand Aaron. In the beginning, Bro. W. Bodilla acted as direct medium communicant utilized by grand Aaron or archangel Michael in the training.

Among the chosen few who were gifted and blessed by God, the Son and the Holy Spirit with direct mediumship are as follows:

[edit] Present meetings of the Center The Charity house was also established in 1947 and still exists up to the present under the direction of Archangel Michael and Archangel Raphael the Spirit doctor, [7] who directly treat, operate and heal the patients without using any human medium, who only serves as a witness to the healing process, because it is Faith in God that counts for the cure of the patient. From its very beginning, it was never been closed for a day- admitting and helping the sick for free.

To date, members of the Center Tagumpay ng Katotohanan, Center Liwanag ng Batong Buhay and other sub- affiliate centers are actively engage in the task of not only helping the sick (as part of their charity works) but also in studying “Pangitain" (Vision development) under the direct supervision of Blessed Spirits during Thursdays and Saturdays, free of charge and regularly hold Sunday Spiritual session to receive Direct revelations from the holy Spirit (Lord Jesus) and God' s ministering Spirits,the Archangels,(Archangels Michael, Raphael, Gabriel, Sarraquiel), the Prophets, John, the Baptist, Grand Aaron; the Apostles Peter, Judas, Paul, John, the Evangelist, Virgin Mary, Mary Magdalene, Veronica, Salome.

My warmest greetings Vontrotta,

Please accept my great appreciation on your concern to articles Union Espiritista and Center Tagumpay ng Katotohanan;

I wish to add some clarifications and the conditions of centers affiliated with the Union, pointed out as follows:

  • Affiliated centers and members, (similar to the different parts of a body), bonded together to figure as “One Body of Christ”, with various gifts and rewards bestowed by the Holy Spirit according to the level/ degree of faith, understanding, works, wisdom, culture and level of spiritual learning and knowledge;
  • Based on the level/ degree of understanding, part- takers of spiritual gifts and wisdom convey and share the blessings to each other powered by strong faith for the growth and progress of the organization, thus restrengthen the “Body”;
  • Hence, it is a common knowledge among the believers of the enormous quantity of "spirits" roaming around within this material world and longing to transmit messages to their loved ones and to any interested individual(s), to the extent of concealing their true identity and disguising as ministers sent by God and/ or as the Holy Spirit, by itself;
  • The “Head” , (the Holy Spirit), initially coursed through Center Tagumpay ng Katotohanan, (as part of the Body), the system on direct (from the Blessed Spirits) communications, revelations, direct (Blessed Spirits) treatment of the sick (without the use of a human medium), opening of the individual- spirit' s faculties and provide deeper wisdom to understand further the secrets of life (soul/ spirit) and the hidden depths of God;
    • Much more on the development of mediumship, where one could be able to see and discern/ distinguish (with open eyes) the Blessed Spirits from the impure and elemental spirits (who are as many as the sand in the sea), in order not to be deceived but rather learn additional truths and receive higher level of teachings and revelations;
