[edit] Image

I think this template would be much better without the image. One, the box formats horribly with the image in it. Two, the image isn't really necessary on every article for every Vonnegut work. And three, it's an added load on the wikiservers. I thought I should ask before deleting it. | Klaw Talk 01:10, 1 December 2005 (UTC)

As the creator of the template, and as far as I can see the only editor thus far (and probably only one of two that is actually watching it, that would be me and you, Keith...) I say go ahead. The formatting looks fine to me on my browser, but I'll take your word for it that it looks bad. --Easter Monkey 12:36, 6 December 2005 (UTC)
EM, sounds good to me. FWIW, I'm using Firefox 1.0.7; maybe the problem is browser-specific. | Klaw Talk 15:52, 6 December 2005 (UTC)
Got it, I use both Firefox, gosh don't know the version number, whatever the latest download is, and IE (depending on whether I'm at home or at work...yikes!!! did I say at work? hope my boss doesn't read this) --Easter Monkey 02:51, 7 December 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Redlinks

Per WP:CONTEXT I've removed subsidiary redlinks because they have been red for a long time. Also, I unlinked certain of the "adaptations" when they in fact linked to the original works. JianLi 18:29, 6 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] chronological

is there any way to be able to see all the original works organized chronologically (now they are chronological within their respective categories). That's the way it's done in the beginnings of some of his books, and I just like it more aesthetically. Perhaps there is a way to toggle between the current organization and my proposed one? JianLi 18:29, 6 July 2006 (UTC)

I think that it works best the way it is, i.e. chronologically by category. But of course I'm biased having created the thing in the first place. I'm open-minded though, create an example perhaps here or on a subpage to your user page and I'll let you know what I think. Unless of course you boldy just edit this. --Easter Monkey 08:55, 15 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Bluebeard publication: 1987

I've changed Bluebeard's publication year to 1987, as this is truely when it was first published (despite the secondary title's inclusion of the year 1988). Just a head's up. -- Antepenultimate 00:14, 21 December 2006 (UTC)
