Volume 2 was released by CKY in 1999. Volume 2 was initially released as a single disc soundtrack to the first CKY video. It included skits and songs that were featured in the first video. Among the music, there were demo and alternate versions of songs that appeared on Volume 1.
Shortly after the first release of Volume 2, CKY drummer Jess Margera privately produced 100 cds of the prank calls and some songs that didn't appear on the first Volume 2, which later feature on the re-release.
Volume 2 was later re-released as a double-disc set, with the second disc full of prank phone calls and re-released again with a different track list.
The original album cover, featured Bam Margera smacking Brandon DiCamillo across the face. The first re-release featured the same picture but in black. The most recent cover, pictured to the right, features Rake Yohn.
