Volodymyr Stelmakh (born: January 18, 1939, Oleksiivka, Sumy Oblast) — banker, economist, and statesman. On December 3, 2004 Stelmakh was appointed the Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine. Candidate of Science (PhD) in Economics.
