Volga Tatar Legion

The Volga-Tatar Legion (German: Wolgatatarische Legion) or Legion Idel-Ural (Janalif: Idel-Ural Legionь) was a volunteer Wehrmacht unit composed of Muslim Volga Tatars, but also included other Idel-Ural peoplesm such as Bashkirs, Chuvashes, Mari, Udmurt, Mordva.
