Description |
A World War I veteran instructs his comrades in the operation of the World War I vintage MG08. Note the diversity in uniforms: the elderly man on the right wears only civilian clothing, with a cuffband on the left arm to identify as a combatant and meet requirements of the Third Geneva Conventions, article 4.1.2. The man on the far left appears to wear an SA cap. |
