Olivera Vojna Nešić (born 1947[1] in Kragujevac, Serbia) is a Serbian composer and professor at the University of Priština Faculty of Arts.

She has been teaching Harmony and Orchestration at the University of Priština Faculty of Arts.[2]

Ms. Nešić has been a founding member and president of the Association Women in Music (Serbian: Žene u muzici), section of the Fondazione Adkins Chiti: Donne in Musica, dedicated to the promotion of female musicians. [3]As the president of the Association, Ms. Nešić has been an artistic director of the annual international competition Youth for Peace and Justice, held in Kragujevac, and, later, in Kruševac.[4][5][6][7]

Additionally, she has been the director of the Royal Cultural Center in Kragujevac. [8]

Vojna Nešić is the only composer from the Balkans whose two compositions have been published in the German encyclopedia Piano Music of Female Composers from 17th to 20th century.[9]

Her composition The Holly Liturgy of Reverend Venerable Gifts has been included in the 16th edition of International - who is who in music, published by the International Biographic Centre Cambridge.[10]
