Vo Hong Phuc (b. October 19th, 1945 in Vinh town, Nghe An province, Vietnam) is the Minister of Planning and Investment in Vietnam.
He graduated in 1968 at the Hanoi University of Technology. He had since been an employee of the Department of Industry of the SPC, rising in 1992 to become the vice-chairman. A member of the Central Committee of the Vietnamese Communist Party, he was the Minister of Planning and Investment since 2002.
