• Izvoru Mureşului/Marosfő
• Voşlăbeni/Vasláb

The commune has a Romanian majority with a large Székely Hungarian ethnic minority. 2,056 people live in the commune of which 807 are Hungarians or 39,25%, most of whom live in the village of Izvoru Mureşului (Marosfő), which has a Hungarian majority.
