VM 2000 is a hypervisor from Fujitsu Siemens Computers (formerly Siemens Nixdorf Informationssysteme) designed specifically for use with the BS2000 and SINIX (a Unix variant) operating systems. It is an EBCDIC-based operating system. It allows multiple images of BS2000 and/or SINIX to operate on a S- or SX-series computer, which is based on the IBM System/390 architecture.
VM2000TM is the most used municipal valuation software in Victoria, Australia. Created by Munitec Pty Ltd, VM2000TM is responsible for the revaluation of over 1 million properties each revaluation cycle.
