We are two London-based journalists. In autumn 2006 we were commissioned by a UK publisher to write a celebration of the life and work of Victor Lewis Smith (provisionally entitled “The Private Life of Victor Lewis Smith”). The authors would be grateful for any unpublished letters or anecdotes, as well as suggestions for areas to research. Any letters or other documents will be carefully copied and returned.
