Vladimir Vagin

Vladimir Vagin is a notable book illustrator from the former Soviet Union. He moved to the United States in 1990 and currently lives in Middletown Springs, Vermont. His illustrations for the picture-book Insects from Outer Space won him two Golden Duck Awards.[1]
