Vladimir Soloukhin

Vladimir Soloukhin (Russian: Влади́мир Алексе́евич Солоу́хин) (1924-1997) was a Russian poet and writer. He was known for his campaign to preserve prerevolutionary Russian art and architecture. He died on 04 April 1997 in Moscow. Ilya Glazunov painted a portrait of him.
