Vladimir Podatev

Vladimir Podatev (Russian: Владимир Податев born 1951) is a convicted Russian criminal from Khabarovsk [1]. He created the International Human Rights Agency "Edinstvo" and was elected a Supreme Ataman of the World Cossack Society, as well as being appointed a member of the Commission for Human Rights under the President of Russia [2]. Podatev (alias "Poodle") was previously convicted three times (larceny, armed robbery and rape) and was a vor v zakone[3].
