Vladimir Pilguy (Russian: Владимир Михайлович Пильгуй; born January 26, 1948) is a former Russian footballer.
During his career he played for FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk (1969), FC Dynamo Moscow (1970-1981) and FC Kuban Krasnodar (1982-1984). He earned 12 caps for the USSR national football team, and participated in UEFA Euro 1972, and won two Olympic bronze medals.
