Vlada Roslyakova (Russian: Влада Рослякова; born Elena Roslyakova on 8 July 1987 in Omsk, Russia), is a Russian supermodel. When Roslyakova began modeling she changed her name from Elena to Vlada, so she wouldn't be confused with fellow model Elena Rosenkova.

[edit] Early Life and Modeling
Vlada (the name she goes by in modeling) is what she changed her name to (formed from her father Vladimir "Vladi" Roslyakov). She began modeling as a child for small stuff in Russia and then began modeling in Tokyo. But once she came to NYC, she became more well known. She is signed with Women Management, Eskimo Model Management - Paris Models 1, MY Model Management, and Voice Models, Tokyo. She almost decided to quite though, claiming she was so scared after her first show. She has modeled for many big names and is known for her eyes, legs, fair skin (with a rosy tint), and long hair. She is also known for acting goofy backstage.

Vlada has said that she is interested in studying psychology and if not for modeling, she would be at a university studying. (NYmag.) In interviews (backstage) she has mentioned that she enjoys classic russian food during her down time, like blinis. She has also mentioned sushi and smoothies, as her favorite foods. Vlada has said that she enjoys reading classic Russian books and enjoys the fantasy aspect. She keeps them in her bag quite often. She also enjoys club music. Aside from the weight topics on TV and Newspapers, she keeps a low profile.

Vlada has been mentioned quite a bit in the pulic eye, for her body weight, along with a few other models. Yet, she has been consistently the same size thoughout her career. She also has quite the fan gathering of a group called "Ana". Who look to her for "thinspiration". She has yet to comment on both topics and it is unsure if she is even aware of herself in the public eye.
